Death by deadlifts 165# (must be touch and go reps… 1on the first
minute, 2 on the second minute, 3 on the third, etc…)
9 rounds. Lost grip on #3/10

100 ring dips for time
21:52 (50@8:02). This was miserable. started reallllly failing around rep 80.
