125, 130, 135, 140**jerked. whoops. Irritating because I got 140 pretty easily last time. ALSO my dumbass did the doubles as TWO squat clean thrusters instead of just cleaning it off the floor once. Guess that's the world telling me to get better at squat cleans....yep

4MU. Had about 1 min/45 sec left to do MU. Missed my 5th muscle up dt shitty grip. I felt it as soon as I started to kip. Really need to cue myself to get a good grip when these bad boys come up in the open
