A. PC; 2,2,1,1,1; rest 2-3 min
135, 145, 150, 155, attempted 165 but squatted and could not stand up. Irritating that I couldn't nail 165, but I just have to keep telling myself that every day can't be a PR.

B1. HPC; 3,2,1; rest 10 sec
105, 115, 125. These felt so light after part A. Also need to focus on not jumping my feet so wide, it really hurts me when I get to heavier weights. Sidenote: I vividly remember pitching a fit when I couldn't clean 135. Now I can PC it no problem. I love progress

B2. 3 sets - HR push up x 20; rest 90 sec
all unbroken.

C. Emom 6 min – Pendlay row x 6-8
6 at 125. Heavy and Unpleasant. Tore up my grip.

for time @open pace:

250m row
15 KB swing 1.5
20 burpees
15 KB swing 1.5
250m row
4:26. This was similar to what we did x3 in testing (testing had 25 burpees). Looking at my times from testing, my first and fastest time was 4:54. The first row was good, felt fast. Swing felt heavy but unbroken, burpees we hard..esp when I started to think about it. Fought to keep the last 15 KBs UB, and went balls out on the last row at a whopping 2:15 pace. My legs were fried. Afterwards, I wasn't sure if I was going to puke, poop, or pass out. It was lovely

rest 10 min

for time:

Row 1k
4:31. Knees were aching, quads were lit up. Miz.

Had a lot of energy so I tried to go for a 130 snatch attempt. Couldn't even get 120. Not surprised since I maxed yesterday, but wish I could have at least met my max of 125. womp womp
