185, 195x2. 200, 205. Probably should have tried 110, chickened out.

B. 10 sets – every 90 sec – Snatch x 2 (build in weight per set)
65, 75, 85, 95, 100, 105, 110, 115, 120x1, 125x1. PR PR PR PR PR. Got 125 on my first try...attempted 130 a few times but was a little short. When I finally pulled it in, I lost it behind me. I'll get it next time. I'm really enjoying this trend of 5 pound PRs every week. I would like to keep this up.

C. Emom – min 1 - 1 HSPU, 1 CTB chin up, min 2 – 2,2, min 3 – 3,3 etc…..
9 rds. HSPU were easy, CTB were good...then mediocre. Apparently I stop breathing when I do them. Need to fix that
