A. BS @20X1; 2,1,1,1; rest 2-3 min (2@85-90%, 1s@90-95%)
185, 190, 190, 200. Was a little tentative on my squats because I dropped the bar on myself last time, but I didn't have a problem. 200 was tough, but smooth.

B. Emom 16 min – Clean and Jerk x 1 (build)

65, 75, 85, 95, 105, 115, 125, 130, 135, 140, 145, 150, 155 (failed jerk), 157.2, 160. TEN POUND PR. All of these were power cleans. Felt like I had more in the tank for sure. WHen I caught 160, I was super forward and had to take like 5 steps to save it. Wasn't very explosive in the jerk, but was able to press it out. Very proud of myself regardless. That being said, I still have my eyes on the prize of 180. 160 is cool and all, but it's not time to celebrate yet.

C. Amrap HSPU in 4 min

5 rounds + 6 thrusters. Had to re-warm up before this because I helped coach a class in between the strength and metcon, but felt completely gassed. thrusters got heavy fast.
