A. Power snatch; 2,2,2,2; rest as needed (build to a heavy double in 4 sets, not Tng)
85, 100, 105, 110. My last double was pretty squirrelly. First time I didn't get under it fast enough, second time I literally threw it behind me, but third time was a charm. Made sure to do a CNS warm up...Used a belt today, back feels a little sore. And a single knee sleeve because my right knee feels gross but my left feels normal. weird.
B. 5 sets – every 2 min - Segmented snatch DL x 3 (start @85%, increase small/set)

95, 105, 115, 120, 125. Didn't feel toooo bad while I was doing them. Now, a few hours later, my upper back is FRIED. Tried to take it as sloooooooow as possible
C. 3 min - Amrap HR push ups

69. Wasn't even mad that I couldn't get 70 because I'm immature as hell.

I was gassed by the time I had to get to the rows. Ate some applesauce before I got into it because I felt like I was running on empty. Felt my body tanking after about 250m, still have a bad habit of going out too fast.
